Deepdale Road closed by police due to crash near Preston Bus depot

A busy Preston road is shut due to a crash.
Emergency services are at the scene in Deepdale Road.
Preston Police said they are closing the road between the junction with St Georges Road and the turn for Burrow Road. The road re-opened around 10pm and the fire service gave an update on the rescue of a person from under a vehicle.

The crash, which took place shortly after 6pm on Tuesday (19 November), is close to the Preston Bus depot.
Motorists are being asked to find alternative routes with St Thomas Road, Ribbleton Lane and Blackpool Road expected to be busier than usual while the Deepdale Road closure is in place.
