Advertising with Blog Preston is very simple. We have an advertising slot which runs across the whole site.

Prices start from £50 and you’ll be reaching more than 120,000 Prestonians a month. We’re happy to offer different tenancy periods for a week, fortnight or longer periods – just give us a shout by emailing charlotte@blogpreston.co.uk if you need help or would like to take an advert.

Your advert will reach every visitor on the site in a prominent position and deliver your message to them, Preston businesses who have advertised with us have seen improved footfall at events and hundreds of clicks through to their websites.  Our pages are viewed more than 650,000 times each month (April 2024) so your business will be getting in front of the Prestonians you need to reach.

As Preston is a buzzing, new and vibrant city we also have a lot of content appealing to a younger audience – meaning our readers tend to be a nice mix between elders interested in their community and youngsters wanting to know what’s happening in their city. Blog Preston is a community interest company, but we do have to maintain some costs – not to mention all the time it takes to run it. You can find out more about how and why the site started here. We see advertising as part of our service, alongside informing local readers we also want local businesses to flourish and have access to our audience.

Where do other adverts on your site come from?

We are part of the Snack Media network who manage the advertising you see on our site. We are also part of the Taboola network who manage the advertising slots you see below articles near the comments. If you’re unhappy with an advert you see from these partners you can use the ‘report this advert’ functionality which should show, or send a screengrab to contactus@blogpreston.co.uk and we will pick it up with them.
