Three guided walks are coming to Winckley Square this March.

If you’re interested in the history of Preston then you may want to book onto one of these guided walks to learn more about the city’s past.

The walks look into the lives of the men and women who lived and worked on the Square.

These regular walks are open to all and take place throughout the year.

Here are the walks for March:

  • 6 March 2-3.15pm Notable Residents of Winckley Square: Famous and Infamous
  • 8 March 2-3.15pm Women who made a difference: Slavery, Suffrage, Poverty
  • 21 March 10.15am – 12pm Edith Rigby Guided Tour

It is recommended that you book ahead instead of just turning up.
