A new One Stop store opened on Church Street, Preston after the former supermarket on site had been closed since 2021.
The opening brought a celebration event filled with goodies for the local community, as it took on the former Tesco Express site.
The franchise store is operating with an independent retailer and welcomes local shoppers with its wide range of products.

The celebration brought goody bags to the first fifty customers receiving, and a hidden golden ticket voucher to a lucky five customers.
As a part of their reputation and mission to integrate stores with local communities, the new Preston One Stop store is said to “provide the area with quality products and great deals on items.”
Like the 1,000 company and franchise neighbourhood stores across the UK – which are owned by Tesco and operate under their own sub-brand, this store also will provide well-known brands, as well as a variety of One Stop’s own-label products.

The new One Stop store is located at 1 Empire House, 12 Church Street, and the opening times are 6 am to 11 pm Monday to Sunday.
