As house prices across the UK rise at their fastest rate for the last 18 months, according to the latest Nationwide Building Society report, here’s where the most expensive and cheapest streets in Preston can be found.
Taking the data of sales registered with the Land Registry since 2019 estate agents Property Solvers showed the roads at the top and bottom of the sales charts in the city.
The roads needed to have at least three sales to be included – which means roads with one £1million or £15,000 auction were excluded.

It showed the city’s leafy Fulwood and Ashton-on-Ribble suburbs retained the highest value, with Eton Park in Fulwood the most expensive street while Samuel Street is the cheapest place to buy a house in the city.
