Fulwood house prices show most and least expensive streets in last five years

The most and least expensive roads in Fulwood over the last five years can be revealed.

Land Registry data since 2019 has been analysed by estate agents Property Solvers to show the ten roads at the top and bottom end of the market in the Preston suburb.

Co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Garstang Road (PR2) sold for £1,000,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £24,000 and under on Barmouth Court (PR2).”

Nursery Close (PR2 8FT) is the street with the strongest value in Fulwood, with an average house price of £675,000 from six sales.

While Barmouth Court (PR2 3XR) was the cheapest street with eight sales giving an average price of £28,118.
