Preston’s Euros Fan Zone will continue screening England matches as the team progresses to the knockout stages of Euro 2020.
The events, staged by Preston BID, and supported by Walker and Williams Boutique Hotels and Luxury House Share, will continue as long as England remain in the tournament.
A BID spokesperson said: “These events, a first in the city’s history, have proved incredibly popular. There has been a great atmosphere at the events, and we are grateful for people supporting and enjoying them responsibly.
“There are lots of great places to watch the matches in the city centre, and the Fan Zone provides an additional place to cheer the team on in great surroundings and the open-air”.

To date, three successful events have been held in an outdoor space on the Flag Market, with a full house for each game and all appropriate Covid-secure measures implemented following extensive consultation with the authorities.
Max Walker-Williams, from Walker and Williams Boutique Hotels and Luxury House Share, said: “The first three games were an incredible success.
“It was a perfect mix of relaxed fun in a safe environment for the local community thanks to the amazing organisational skills of the BID team, input from the local authority, and great private sector support.”

He said that when asked if the Walker and Williams group would like to continue their association with the knockout games, they jumped at the chance.
Max said: “Luxury House Share has gained a lot of great exposure and many enquiries from young working professionals that are looking to live in the best young work professional-only house shares in Preston City Centre, and we can’t wait to sponsor the final!”
The events will continue to operate on a seated basis, with refreshments available from the table-service-only bar, under licence by Lonely People and The Stanley Arms.
Food will be available from the famous ‘Guild Tram’.
Tickets for the knockout games will be on sale at PrestonFanZone.co.uk – with the game on June 29 selling out in just thirty minutes.
