A mobile vaccination clinic is in Preston this week and it started Monday 14 June.
AdvertisementMembers of the public who are eligible for the vaccine are able to receive their vaccine from places such as Morrisons at Deepdale, Preston Flag Market and others.
A spokesperson from Caritas Care said: “It is open to anyone aged 18+ and you can just turn up.
“Plungington CC are hosting the mobile vaccination unit at their site.
“It has been organised through NHS Chorley and South Ribble/ NHS Greater Preston CCG to encourage an uptake of the vaccine in the area.”

There is no need to book a vaccination, the public can just arrive at the clinic.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced yesterday that a four-week extension would be added onto the unlocking of English restrictions.
This extends the date from June 21 to July 19.
Preston’s current Covid case rate per 100,000 over the last seven days is 277, an increase from previous data.
England’s rate is 70, also an increase.
