A fundraiser has been started to raise funds for his funeral to give him ‘the send off he deserves.’
Jack Waring, creator of the fundraiser, wrote: “As we all know, Ben was one of the most loyal and loving people you could ever meet, so me and his friends wanted to do something so Ben can have the send off he well and truly deserves.
“We are hoping to raise as much money as possible to contribute to his funeral costs and any extra funds will go to his beautiful daughter’s future.
“Ben was an amazing son, dad, partner and friend to everyone. He did not deserve this and we all just need to pull through in this sad time.”
Over £5,200 has been raised, but Jack is hoping to raise £6,000 to cover the costs. To donate, click here.
