Persistent rainfall and potential flooding have been predicted in Preston this weekend.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the North West on Saturday 13 October.

Storm Callum is expected to bring heavy showers between 12am – 11.45pm.

Areas of high ground exposed to the south and south west will be most affected, with the potential for a further 40-60 mm downpour over hills.
