Ramin Jalali Garmroud has tabled plans to convert a former shop unit into the denture clinic.
RJ Denture Clinic would see patients to make and fix dentures.
The clinic would operate from 8am to 6pm on weekdays, 9am to 4pm on Saturday and 9am to 1pm on Sundays.
One part-time job would be created as a result if the change of use application is successful.
