There were delays on a key road in Preston this afternoon after a crash.

Emergency services attended the scene at the junction of Watling Street Road and Eastway at around 3pm this afternoon (21 November) after a crash between two cars.

The incident caused some delays at the time but had been cleared by the time traffic began to increase into the evening.

Both vehicles were damaged as a result of the crash.
