Heavy Monday morning traffic around Ringway and London Road in Preston after crash

There is heavy traffic on a key commuter route into Preston after a crash.
Police reported the crash at Ringway around 7.30am this morning (4 November) and said that the road was closed. The road was confirmed at reopened just after 8am.
Blog Preston understands a person suffered minor injuries in the crash.

However, there is heavy traffic in the area as people take on their morning commute into Preston and people are asked to plan their journey.
A spokesperson for police said: “Ringway Preston has now reopened however there is still heavy traffic. Please plan your journey accordingly.”
There is heavy traffic on New Hall Lane, London Road and Ringway.
