Storm Babet to bring strong winds to Preston

Storm Babet is set to bring strong winds to Preston and Lancashire.
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning running for 24 hours from 12pm today (Friday 20 October).
Strong easterly winds are expected, with delays for high-sided vehicles on exposed routes and bridges likely, and some bus and train services affected.
