Small businesses are being urged to consider taking a spot at a Preston Docks workshop business park.
Preston City Council operates the Riversway Managed Workshops off Chain Caul Way in Ashton-on-Ribble which have been fully-let for a long period of time.
A number of units have recently become available and the city council say the workshop units remain very popular with small firms or those getting going in business.

Deputy leader of the city council and cabinet member for resources councillor Martyn Rawlinson said: “The council’s property portfolio is varied and suitable for quite a wide range of business uses in a tough economic climate.
“Our current vacant units at the Riversway Managed Workhops offer affordable rents and terms.
“Working with enterprises of all sizes benefits the city’s economy which, in turn, benefits everyone across Preston.
“If you’re in the market for business accommodation, the council offers viable options for you and your company.”

A total of 29 units are on the Chain Caul Way site and the workshops include car parking, a bookable meeting room, water and electricity supply and 11 of the units have roller-shutter doors for deliveries and storage.
