Met Office warn of disruption in Preston from snow and ice

The Met Office says snow and ice will continue to cause disruption across parts of the UK including Preston.

A yellow warning is in place until 12pm tomorrow (Wednesday 18 January).

Snow showers are predicted overnight on Tuesday, and into the morning.

Roads and railways are expected to be affected, with longer journey times and injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces.
