The Foxton Centre has opened a new day centre for homeless people in Preston.
Foxton Day Centre is located at the site of the former Fox Street night shelter in the Central Methodist Church.
Following the recent opening of a new emergency accommodation centre, the centre is developing and improving the capacity of the city to support people in need.
The centre’s drop in facilities will offer practical facilities, support and warmth. It will open initially on Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
