The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings for ice and wind across the North West of England.
The ice warning affects Preston and South Ribble from 6pm today (Friday 18 February) until 9am tomorrow (Saturday 19 February).
The wind warning is active from 12-noon on Sunday 20 February to 12-noon on Monday 21 February.

The Met Office said a mixture of wintry showers and clear spells are likely to lead to a cold night, with some icy stretches developing on untreated surfaces.
There will probably be icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths, with injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces expected.
On Sunday, strong winds will affect Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Irish Sea coasts.

There is a ‘slight’ chance of damage to buildings, such as tiles blown from roofs, with a potential that injuries and danger to life could occur from large waves and beach material thrown onto sea fronts, coastal roads and properties.
There is also a chance of longer journey times or cancellations as road, rail, air and ferry services are affected.
