Luxury restaurant chain Haute Dolci will open a new site at the Miller Arcade on Monday 27 December.

Officially opening at 11am, the former Heavenly Desserts restaurant offers a Dolci dessert and brunch menu.

To celebrate the opening, the restaurant will be hosting its famous key hunt event in Preston city centre from 17 December, which allows residents to hunt for Haute Dolci keys.

Yasin Bhayat, the restaurant manager for Haute Dolci in Preston, said: “The restaurant has been reborn following its renovation and is almost unrecognisable from what it once was.

“Haute Dolci Preston is now a super-chic dining destination, which caters for everyone, no matter whether you’re eating out with friends and family or looking for a great location for a date.”

Each key grants members access to a loyalty club with exclusive offers and benefits.

Dessert lovers will be able to follow the restaurant’s social accounts, where there will be clues on where to find keys hidden in landmarks around the city.

In addition to the physical key hunt, the restaurant will also be hosting an online key giveaway on 21 December ahead of the Preston opening.

All key holders will then be able to secure a 25 per cent discount at the Preston restaurant, which can be claimed any time from its opening on 27 December through to 27 January.

Retaining the 20-strong team that served under the Heavenly Desserts banner, visitors to the Preston restaurant can expect to see the same friendly faces and service at Haute Dolci.

The new-look venue will also be the first Haute Dolci restaurant in the UK to offer a daily brunch menu. Le Brunch Collection will be available from 11am – 4pm and includes a selection of classic and signature dishes, such as pancakes, French toast and eggs benedict.

The brand has invested £400,000 in the Miller Arcade site.
