Preston City Mela took place yesterday (Saturday 4 September), in a vibrant celebration of South Asian arts, music, dance, culture and heritage.

The event had been delayed from its usual early summer slot due to the pandemic, but there was no dialling down the high energy and community spiritedness on display at the Flag Market.
