Police appeal to find Plungington man wanted in connection with assault, robbery and theft

Police are asking for help to locate Kian Lowe, 19, from Preston.

He is wanted in connection with a serious assault and robbery on Emmanuel Street, Plungington, on Sunday, July 4, where a 25 year-old man was knocked unconscious and was left with a serious eye injury.

Whilst he was on the floor, personal items were stolen from his pocket.

Lowe is also being sought in relation to the theft of a car from outside an address in Leyland on Tuesday (July 13).

He is described as being white, around 6ft 1ins, of heavy build, with red hair and blue eyes.

Lowe has links to the Plungington and City Centre areas of Preston.

If you see him, do not approach him, but to contact the police instead.
