Covid-19 cases are on the rise again in many areas of Preston and South Ribble.
Out of the 32 localities covered in Blog Preston‘s weekly update, 21 saw increases.
In some areas the increase was minimal, but others have recorded more dramatic changes.
Cases in St George’s rose from two to 18, Lostock Hall from five to 21, and Moor Park from two to 23.
Figures are updated weekly by Public Health England in the government’s dashboard, with an interactive map of cases.

Preston’s latest reported Covid case rate per 100,000 is 95, an increase from previous data.
England’s stands at 28.6, also an increase.
