Knives have been removed from people attending appointments at the Covid-19 vaccination centre in Preston city centre.

Preston Police shared on Twitter that the Neighbourhood Police team seized the knives today (Saturday 27 March).

The post reminded people that they must have a legitimate reason to be carrying a knife, or they risk a prison sentence of up to four years.
