Covid-19 cases map to 25 February 2021

New data from the government reveals the areas in Preston and South Ribble with the least Covid-19 cases.

Of the 32 areas covered by Blog Preston, Penwortham South recorded the lowest number of positive cases in the seven days to 25 February, with three. Longsands had four, and Fulwood six.

Ribbleton registered 34, the highest number of cases.

Preston’s infection rate is currently the ninth highest in England at 178.9 cases per 100,000 people for the seven days to February 26, down from 231.3 cases per 100,000 people for the seven days to February 19.
