The £5m transformation of the Preston city centre building that used to house Browns Bar and Truth nightclub is almost complete.
Buckingham House in Glovers Court will become home to two high-end offices and 24 luxury apartments for rent.
Expected to finish in May, the redevelopment is being created by TSS Properties, the same company behind the City Bridge Apartments scheme.

A spokesperson for TSS Properties said: “There is a lot of quite basic, small and poorly finished apartments in the area. It’s missing what’s needed for those people who want more spacious, refined city centre living.
“The demand from City Bridge Apartments has spurred us on to create more unique high-end apartments to cater for this market.”
Access to the revamped building will be through a hotel-style reception area, with a gated car park at the rear. Two grade A type offices will be located on the ground floor, and there will be high-tech security throughout, including smart fingerprint door entry systems.
The 24 residential units will include one and two bedroom apartments, ranging from 750 sq ft to 1,100 sq ft. The flats will feature the likes of walk-in wardrobes, LED lighting, and Spanish-tiled bathrooms.
The spokesperson said: “By word of mouth and very little exposure, we have pre-let 12 of the 24 units, which is unheard of for Preston, especially during this pandemic.
“The demand shows there is a great appetite for quality high-end accommodation.”
The offices will be available to rent in the coming weeks with Morgan Martin, while Kingswood will be letting the apartments ready to move into from the end of May.
