Deepdale residents now have a brand new store to nip to as the latest cash and carry throws opens its doors.
Taylor’s KGN is the new Indian food store that has recently launched in the city.
Located at 7-11 Great Hanover Street, the family run business caters for the asian community of Preston and also has a large English market.

Storing quality food and fresh produce, the shop provides a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables and even has its very own butchers counter.
It specialises in spices, fruit, poultry, rice and flour along with halal meat and chicken.
The store can supply for events, weddings, parties and restaurants however there are no deliveries available.
The owners have been trading for over 25 years and had a previous store on St Paul’s Road called Muin Cash and Carry and have now decided to upgrade.
A spokesperson for Taylor’s KGN Food Store said: “What’s special about our store is that it is a family run business and everyone is truly involved.
“We now have a much larger and modern store with a meat counter that sells halal meat! The range of products we sell has also increased.
“We sell items from your everyday necessities ie milk and eggs to your spices, drinks, daal’s and chapatti flour.”

The store opened on Saturday 22 December and owners say the launch went extremely well.
Taylor’s KGN store is open seven days a week from 8am – 8pm.
