Teenagers arrested after man threatened with knife in Deepdale flat

Detectives investigating the attack on a man in his home during a burglary have made an arrest.

Two teenagers have been arrested following the incident on Tuesday 18 December.

At around 2.40pm, the 23-year-old male victim was walking along Meadow Street when he was followed by two men.

He made his way into a block of flats in Graham Street and was then forced inside, assaulted and threatened with a knife.

A Playstation console and a computer mouse were stolen. 

Two 17-year-old youths were arrested on Christmas Day on suspicion of aggravated burglary and have been bailed pending further enquiries.
