A hit comedy show that showcases every genre of performance theatre is coming to Vinyl Tap.
Damien Warren-Smith’s one-man show – Garry Starr Performs Everything – arrives fresh from a five-night sell-out run at London’s Soho Theatre.
Garry Starr is the alter-ego of performer Warren-Smith, whose comic-timing has been compared to that of Ronnie Barker.
In the show, disgraced Starr attempts to perform every genre of theatre possible in a bitter attempt at revenge over the Royal Shakespeare Company who have just sacked him.

Show promoter Garry Cook said: “What follows is a rip-roaringly funny show masterminded by Warren-Smith as his Starr character performs physical theatre, classical theatre, burlesque, contemporary dance, farce, slapstick, romantic comedy, tragedy, clown and musical theatre.
“Trained by master French clown École Philippe Gaulier, Warren-Smith’s skills in performance – and in particular physical theatre – shine in his hit solo show.
“Starr tears through performance styles with little regard for personal safety and even less regard for art, proving his talents to himself, his adoring fans and those who dare question his ability.”
