Police hunting three men after prison absconding

Police are hunting three men who have absconded from a prison near Preston.

Dean Cotter, Liam Martin Byrne and Peter Marron have not been seen since Friday (22 December).

Lancashire Police have released pictures of the men who have gone from HMP Kirkham, which is off the Kirkham Bypass.

Cotter, 29, is white, 6′, medium build and has a tattoo saying ‘Sarah’ on his neck and a tattoo saying ‘midget’ on his right arm.

He has links to Chatham, Kent and Bristol.

Byrne, 33, is 5’10”, white, medium build, clean shaved with blue eyes and brown hair. He has links with Morecambe and Carnforth.

Marron, 31, is 5’7″, mixed race, brown eyes and tattoos on both arms.

He has links with Middlesbrough, Washington in Tyne and Wear and Ingleby Barwick in Stockton-on-Tees.
