A family and kids festival is booked in for Preston in summer 2018.
AdvertisementBig Day Out is expanding across the UK and has been confirmed for Moor Park.
Featuring dozens of kids acts the festival has seen the likes of Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol and Teletubbies perform in previous years.
Billed as a ‘family friendly, multi-genre music festival’ the event is to see a number of stages set up around the park.
Big Day Out is taking place on Saturday 11 August 2018 and tickets are starting from £3 for children under five-years-old, up to £37.95 for a final-release adult tickets.
Earlybird tickets are currently on offer for adults at £16.50 and child tickets (six to 15 years) at £13.20 via Skiddle.

The festival began in Maidstone, Kent and is now expanding to other sites.
Festival organisers are asking Prestonians to vote for who they want to see at the festival via their Facebook page.
Moor Park is beginning to host events again after major restoration work on the grade-II listed park to resolve drainage issues.

This summer the park saw an open-air cinema and the city council has indicated it wants to see a diverse range of events on the park in the coming years.
