All lanes reopened on M6 near Leyland after multi-vehicle collision

Incident on the M6 closes southbound carriageway near junction 28

The M6 was completely blocked in one direction following a multi-vehicle collision.


The incident happened at around 11am this morning (November 25) on the southbound carriageway near junction 28 for Leyland.

All lanes were closed heading south and traffic has been halted while emergency services attended the scene.

All lanes were reopen by around 11.52am.
