Hundreds of Muslim men have paraded through the streets of Fishwick and Deepdale to mark the Prophet Mohammed’s birthday.
The now annual event sees traffic come to a halt around Skeffington Road for the two hour march.
Stewards in orange jackets can be seen keeping the procession on the right track as flowers and food are handed out by passers-by.
Starting around 1.30pm from the Masjid-E-Aqsa mosque in Fishwick View the route ends at the Masjid-E-Noor mosque in Noor Street, Deepdale.
