A neon purple interior matches the bright and light eating options available.
The franchise, part of the Soul Food Group, is supporting St Catherine’s Hospice as its chosen charity.
Cllr Crowe said on welcoming Taco Bell to the city: “It’s been an absolute pleasure this morning
to officially open and welcome Taco Bell to Preston, the very first in the region.
“This is a fantastic addition to Animate, Preston’s new Leisure destination, and the growing food scene in the city, bringing even more variety and choice for residents and visitors. Welcome to Preston, Taco
Bell!”
As we’re in the depths of February half-term, there were two eager little people on hand to provide their viewpoints on their experience as they were some of the first through the doors.
I loved the Taco Bell. I especially liked the churros and the chips. I liked the chips very much because it had Nachos seasoning on it. The restaurant had a nice purple colour inside the building and they had really comfy seats, they had sofas and black chairs. When you wanted to order you had to do it on a special screen. There was lots of options on there. Some of the food on there looked nice. They had a really cool bin. It was cool because it was loads of different colours on it. Another thing I liked was the balloons inside the building and outside the building because it was opening day.
I thought the whole thing was brilliant but my favourite thing was the toilets. They were clean and best of all they were there when I needed them! We also got drinks, I had Pepsi because my Dad let me.
If I could I would rate Taco Bell 100/100 but I can only rate it out of ten. I give it 10/10 because it is so amazing. I would recommend it to people who haven’t been there yet.
I liked the fancy new toilets and the churros were so yummy. There were lots of things to choose from on the menu but the chips were my favourite because of the yummy seasoning. My favourite part was sorting your recycling out at the end of the meal!
The restaurant is open 11am to 10pm every day and also available on various delivery platforms such as JustEat.
