As the temperature drops across the city warm spaces have opened up to support residents during the winter months.

The spaces aim to provide people with somewhere to keep warm, access information or even just spend time with others.

Last month Lancashire County Council set up a warm space grant scheme to support local organisations and groups within the voluntary, community, and faith sectors to create and improve warm spaces.
