The Chew’s Yard food and drink hall has welcomed a new trader.
Saucier Pasta joined the lineup alongside Chamo, Seitanic, Trough and Escapade, earlier this month following the departure of Two Guns and Tampopo.
Owner Kieren Tolenaar is aiming to cater to everyone, from children to fussy eaters, as well as lovers of great food.
The opening menu featured pomodoro, pesto, nduja and mac ‘n’ cheese, while Kieren will surprise customers each week with a special – the first of which was a boozy cheese sauce made with pale ale from Chain House Brewing Co, where Kieren ran successful pop-ups over the summer.

“I’m really excited to join the other great food vendors at Chew’s Yard,” said Kieran.
“I’m proud to be serving alongside all the other food and drinks stalls at Chew’s Yard. They all serve delicious food and drinks and have been super welcoming.”
Frank Whiteley, Chew’s Yard’s Operations Manager, said: “Kieren is a talented chef with a passion for elevating pasta with his recipes and choice of great ingredients.
“Saucier Pasta sits nicely amongst the array of tasty options that we have at Chew’s Yard.”
Leaving the food hall at the start of the month were original trader and Detroit-style pizza purveyor Two Guns, plus more recent addition, Far East Asian chain Tampopo.
A spokesperson for Chew’s Yard said of the departures: “We have a feeling we will always be in touch. It has been such a special time and they’ve been amazing.”
