An urgent appeal to trace a pensioner who has not been seen since Saturday lunchtime has been issued.
Chorley Police are asking people to look out for James Bennett.
Update: Police say James was found safe and well during Saturday evening and thanked the public for sharing the appeal.
The 84-year-old – who also goes by the name of Jim – was last seen in Chorley at 12.30pm on Saturday (30 March).
He was seen heading back towards Wheelton but has not yet arrived home and his family are very concerned about him.

James is slim and was last seen wearing a black-grey hoodie and black tracksuit bottoms.
Police say he may be confused and anyone who sees him is asked to call police on 999.
For anyone with information on where James could be then call 101 quoting log 697 of 30 March 2024.
