A new Indian takeaway has opened in Leyland.
Desi Punjabi Cuisine has opened its doors to the public in recent weeks in Towngate.
A spokesperson for the restaurant said that after a successful opening, they are getting ready for Mother’s Day and Easter.

They said: “The fast moving Heat & Eat Takeaway has kicked off very well and is now getting ready for Mothers Day and Easter weekend treats freshly prepared with mouth watering herbs and spices with authentic homemade cooking.
“Best selling since the opening day has to be Goat Curry with Pilau Rice. Calls and messages have gone mad. Customers have demanded more of it.
“Savoury snacks such as pakoras has been a great seller too with a kick to the chutney provided.”
“Moving forward we are continuing to keep the ball rolling with local street food stalls and providing catering services for larger events such as weddings and private parties. With a good team we aim to deliver the best service wherever our food is served.”
Vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options are available.
