97 students are studying in the capital which is a partnership sceme between UCLan and LCA Education Ltd.
LCA Education Ltd delivers courses in London for UK students on behalf of the University of Central Lancashire, which then leads to a UCLan award.
Those who started studying in January are on one of two courses – BSc Psychology and BSc Mental Health and Wellbeing.
However, five more courses are set to launch for September 2024: BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care, BSc (Hons) Business and Marketing, BSc (Hons) International Business Management, BSc (Hons) Computing and BSc (Hons) Public Health.

Jane Mahon, Senior UK Partnerships Manager at the University of Central Lancashire, said: “Ninety-seven students have started their University of Central Lancashire journeys at our new London campus.
“In November we announced a new UK partnership with LCA Education Limited, which will see students taught on UCLan programmes at LCA’s campus in East India Docks.
“Initially, we’re offering two courses for our January starters: BSc Psychology and BSc Mental Health and Wellbeing. However, a further five courses will launch for September 2024: BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care; BSc (Hons) Business and Marketing; BSc (Hons) International Business Management; BSc (Hons) Computing; and BSc (Hons) Public Health.
“Located close to many iconic City of London landmarks and large businesses, students will benefit from access to employers on their doorstep. The campus is also an inspirational space both inside, with many unique features, and outside, with amazing views across London.”
