Rainbow Hub Workoutathon returns for ninth time at Deepdale

No matter what your fitness level is, why not join in the fun of the Rainbow Hub Workoutathon this year – there’s something for everyone and you’ll be supporting a very worthy cause!

The ninth annual event, supported by Frank Whittle Partnership and Care Preference, will take place on Sunday, 5th March at The Great Room, Preston North End Football Club from 10 am to 1 pm.

Three hours of back-to-back energetic workout classes where you can do as much or as little as you like and you will be raising funds for Rainbow Hub, the Mawdesley-based charity helping to improve the lives of children with disabilities.

Some of Lancashire’s top fitness instructors will give up their time to run the classes which include:

  • Combat and Attack Mash Up with Gill Swift and Rachel Holland
  • HIIT with Kurt McDonnell
  • Zumba with Joanne Berends Sheriff
  • Rockbox with Rachel Burrows
  • Legs, Bums and Tums with Gill Walmsley

Entry fees are £12 in advance or £18 on the day, you can book your place by visiting

Deadline for online Friday 3rd March at 12 noon.

Sponsorship is not compulsory but Rainbow Hub hope that participants will encourage their family and friends to support them in raising even more funds for the charity.
