Preston City Centre fell quiet to remember the fallen at the Remembrance Sunday parade and Armistice Day on Sunday 13 November.

Large crowds were gathered for the parade which followed the journey from Earl Street to the Flag market.

Hundreds were in attendance including the Mayor of Preston, Councillor Neil Darby, veterans, armed forces and scouts.

Local photographer, Paul Yates, captured touching moments behind the lens amongst people paying their respects on one autumnal day.
