Police appeal after stolen quad bike found in Freckleton

Police are searching for a group of youths after finding a stolen quad bike in Fylde.

On Saturday 29 January, at 18.20, police received reports that a group of youths were acting suspiciously with a quad bike in the Freckleton area.

The youths had left before they arrived, but police discovered the quad bike on Sunday morning and returned it to its owners.

In a Facebook post yesterday, Fylde Police’s PCSO Anna Morris issued an appeal, asking the public to contact them if they had any information on the identity of the youths spotted in the Freckleton and Warton area.

Police also asked for any CCTV footage that may aid their investigation.

They also reminded residents to keep their properties locked and report anything suspicious to the police.
