Work colleagues from Fulwood’s Zebra Technologies Europe Limited cycled the Guild Wheel to raise funds for Rosemere Cancer Foundation.
They were fortified by ‘the force’ when they stopped off at a pub to re-group before their final push to complete their cycle of the Guild Wheel.
A 19-strong peloton pulled into The Ancient Oak, about five miles from their end point, where they met Chewbacca and other Star Wars characters, who were already there for a family fun day.

Team Zebra then pedalled on to complete the 21-mile circuit, collecting £400 for the charity.
The challenge was organised by Repairs Services Associate Andy Gildert and Senior Administrative Assistant Steve Blackburn in memory of former colleague Nikoletta Monus.
Nikoletta worked for Zebra as a Repairs Services Associate for six years between 2011 and 2017 before returning to her native Hungary. She died of breast cancer earlier this year aged just 41.
Steve said: “Nikoletta was a popular, kind and happy person, well loved by her team mates and wider colleagues. We wanted to do something in her honour and decided on the Guild Wheel cycle despite not being the most proficient
cyclists.
“In fact, one team member hadn’t ridden a bike for 10 years! Rosemere Cancer Foundation was the charity chosen by Nikoletta’s family.”
