Prestonians are being reminded about the upcoming overnight road closures in June.
From Monday, 14 June to Wednesday 16 June, there will be night time closures on the M55.
The road will be closed in both directions between Junctions 1 and 3 from 9pm-6am each evening.
These closures are to allow the lifting of the beams for the new Becconsall Bridge into place, and further closures may be needed.

Marked diversions will be in place for the duration of the closures.
Highways England are also undertaking resurfacing work on the M55 to M6 link road in June.
From 7-19 June, there will a 24-hour speed restriction to 50MPH in place on the Eastbound M55, with the M6 Southbound link road closed between 8pm-6am.
On 15 June the M55 to M6 link roads will be closed in both directions between 8pm-6am.
Diversions will be in place during these closures.
