Block of 10 flats planned for Black Bull Lane in Fulwood

A planning application for a block of 10 flats to be built on Black Bull Lane in Fulwood has been lodged.


The new apartment block will be made up of eight, one bedroom flats and two, two bedroom flats.

18 Blackbull lane will home the new flats, where a new car parking space is also to be implemented. 10 parking spots, two added disability spots and 10 cycle spaces will all be added to the new Fulwood building.

The new flats have been listed as market housing for future buyers, they will take over the existing housing which is already in place, adding room for 10 flats where the one, four bedroomed house currently stands. These plans are still pending in the hands of the council and are awaiting for approval before beginning to go ahead.
