Hussain Master has been volunteering at Fishwick community sports centre for 20 years and has used lockdown to take a course in personal exercise, nutrition and health.
He is now using his knowledge to help those who want to improve their mental and physical health for free.
Hussain can guide, make nutrition and exercise plans and gym programmes and the only cost will be to access the gym and use the facilities, costing £25 for a boxing and gym membership.

Hussain said: “Here our aim is to help people make lifestyle changes including physical and mental.
“The sports centre has a full size court where different sports can take place from badminton, volleyball, we also have archery.

The centre is open to ages five and above regardless of ability or level.
