• Removal of the existing signage fascias and projecting Barclay’s Signage, allow for all holes to brickwork to be made good. Existing ATM to be removed, new opening to be covered with decorated new metal plate at Barclays Bank, Balfour Court, Leyland. Validated on January 15.
• Erection of two storey detached dwelling and detached garage at 14 Cocker Lane, Moss Side, Leyland. Validated on January 29.
• Single storey rear extension and single storey front extension at 5 The Greenacres, Hutton, Preston. Validated on December 29.
