Sgt Stuart Banks, of the Ribble Valley Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “I would like to make it clear that Lancashire Constabulary does not tolerate hate of any form and we are taking this matter extremely seriously.
“We have already made a number of enquiries as part of this investigation but we now need to speak to the man in the image who we believe can assist us. I would ask anybody who recognises him to contact police. I would also appeal directly to the man in the image, if he sees this appeal, to make contact with us.”
