Preston Mayor opens expanded family-run Market Hall fruit and veg stall

Preston Mayor, David Borrow cut the ribbon on the new Fresh and Fruity stall on Preston Market.

The family-run business announced it was moving into a bigger unit earlier this month, and today it opened officially.

Fresh & Fruity was established 40 years ago and began trading at Preston Markets in 2018, stocking fresh fruit and vegetables, sourced locally.

They offer seasonal hampers for customers to collect or free delivery to all Preston postcodes.

Mayor Borrow said: “Today, I was delighted to be invited down to open Fresh and Fruity’s new stall at Preston Market.
