Preston North End’s Deepdale ground has been created on Minecraft

Preston landmarks are springing up across the virtual world.

Earlier this week a replica of the legendary Warehouse nightclub was recreated on Minecraft.

Now Stephanie Lambert has created Preston North End’s Deepdale ground on the online platform.

Stephanie has spent more than 100 hours painstakingly constructing the stands, pitch and seating areas out of blocks.

She has now asked the club to provide a layout for the ticket office to complete the masterpiece.

Stephanie says: “I really want to see the project through. I saw the Warehouse one and it was fantastic!

“This has been a project going for some time now – I must have put in at least 100 hours so far.

“It’s going to look great when it’s finished!”
