A national recruitment campaign is coming to Preston to encourage local people to consider joining a unique profession that shapes the lives of the next generation.
Anyone interested in finding out more about the benefits and rewards of teaching can visit theĀ Train to Teach event at the Holiday Inn in Preston city centre on Tuesday 11 February from 5pm to 8pm.
As part of the event, visitors will be able to get answers to all their questions about how to get into the profession from a panel made up of expert teacher training advisers and local teacher training providers.

Spokesperson for the Get Into Teaching campaign and a National Leader of Education, Roger Pope, said: “It’s a wonderful feeling knowing every lesson shapes a life.
